MAC Cosmetics Collaborates with Proenza Schouler

We are glad to inform you about another exciting collaboration! This time MAC Cosmetics collaborated with Proenza Schouler and came up with a brand new limited edition makeup collection that will emphasize your beauty for this spring 2014! Of course, this new collaboration isn’t something unexpected as most of Proenza Schouler’s runway looks were achieved due to MAC Cosmetics.

As McCollough and Hernandez admit: “Beauty has always played a huge role in what we do on the runway and MAC has been one of our biggest supporters. We wanted to create something that the Proenza Schouler woman could relate to off the runway, and the MAC brand is so deeply rooted in fashion that we knew they would understand our vision.”

Thus, the new MAC and Proenza Schouler makeup collection for spring 2014 includes Ombre Face Powders, Lipsticks, Pro Longwear Eye Liners, Lip Pencils, and Nail Lacquers all well-thought to embellish your natural beauty and help to achieve a runway look that will attract everyone’s attention this spring!

James Greger, the creative director and vice president of Mac also can’t hide his excitement about this team work as well as he mentions: “I have always respected Jack and Lazaro’s keen vision and point of view. We’ve worked together backstage creating beauty looks for their runway shows for many years and it has been fascinating to me watching them evolve. They have a very particular perspective on their make-up look each season. It has been a great experience collaborating with them to bring their beauty vision off the runway to our customers.”

The Proenza Schouler for MAC makeup collection is set to be launched on April 2014 at all stores and online, so make sure you won’t miss the chance to become one of the first owners!
