Many of us think that exercising too much will provide the powerful health of us and the perfect body about which each woman dreams and why not, men too. However, before deciding exercising too much just search for the pros and cons of it, who knows what affect it will have.
Your idea of keeping healthy and too much exercising, that’s to say over exercising, can damage your health. Here we introduce you a few signs that will help you to find out whether you exercise too much or not.


Over Exercising – Signs

Decreased performance – this is one of the most common signs of over exercising. If during the physical activity you feel tiredness very soon, then it’s time to stop.
Change of Mood or Delayed Recovery – are other important signs that you can ignore without knowing how important they are.
Sore Muscles – This occurs at the process of increasing the activity levels. If you do not pay attention to this and continue the same way it can bring to long term damage.

Over Exercising – Dangers

The danger can occur when you continue exercising without paying attention to the facts mentioned above. To what it can bring?

  • Losing muscle mass
  • Pain in your bones
  • Stress fracture suffering

Sometime, after exercising when you feel pain in your body you think it’s a typical thing. When ignoring it you can meet serious problems that can even require surgery. So in many cases you would better to consult with your trainer.
Another well noticed symptom of over exercising for women is the disrupted menstrual cycles. This is due to the hormonal changes in the body. Do not ignore them since it can bring to a weakened immune system.

Fat Gain in the Result of Over Exercising

Fat gaining is one of the bad symptoms of over exercising.  Even in the process of losing weight many of you can have extra fat due to the stress the body gets. Why? Body tries to elevate stress hormones; they slow down the metabolism’s fat burning rates.
NEVER PUSH YOURSELF TOO HARD and the problems mentioned above will not disturb you.
